José Luis (Joe) Capó, a project and construction-management professional with over 30 years experience in capital projects for the private sector and government entities; as a direct employee in senior management positions and under contract as team leader and director of PM/CM service-provider companies.

Project types include industrial, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, institutional and infrastructure-development , providing facilities, utilities, building equipment and integrated systems. Manufacturing projects include processing and packaging equipment, material handling equipment and automated systems.
